LAS Educational Excursion to Jholung — A Journey to Remember! 6th & 7th December 2025
Our Class 12 students had an unforgettable two-day educational excursion to the serene and majestic landscapes of Jholung near the Bhutan border—an experience filled with learning, adventure, and pure joy!
From exploring rubber plantation and processing to witnessing the power of sustainable energy at the Hydel Power Plant, the trip beautifully blended academics with real-world exposure.
The surroundings were a treat to the senses— blossoming flowers, rich flora and fauna, a pristine, crystal-clear river, and an invigorating trek led by our Director and Principal whose motivation and enthusiasm lit up the trail.
Evenings brought their own magic! A warm and lively campfire where students sang songs, played the guitar and flute, recited poems, and created memories that will stay with them forever.
The thrill of sleeping in tents under a starry sky added an unforgettable touch of adventure.
The delicious meals at Green Island Resort made every moment more special. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Sampat, owner of the resort, for the wonderful hospitality.
A special note of gratitude to our Director Sir, Mr. Deepak Neopane and Principal Madam Mrs Radhika Sharma, for holding a meaningful orientation program for the students, shaping their confidence and future aspirations.
The students enthusiastically shared their experiences—followed by a fun and creative rock painting session that captured the essence of their journey.
This excursion wasn’t just a trip… It was a journey of learning, bonding, discovery, and growth.
